Applicants will submit their applications for fellowship directly to the program coordinator. Candidates must have an MD, DO or equivalent degree and have completed an accredited residency program in urology or equivalent. The applicant must demonstrate scholarly aptitude and career plans, as noted on their CV, to pursue clinical practice in at least one of the subspecialty areas of advanced urology.
